EMOTIONS :

There are kinds of emotions – Happy, Sad, Confused, Angry, Fear, Calmness, etc.

so here is a question, what are emotions?
Firstly, do an activity
just close your eyes and think negative,-
                                                        Where you were
                                                        What had just happened
                                                         What you were with
just think about these questions negatively,
and notice, what your body feels,
and what are the thoughts that come to your mind

Now, relax and think about what you feel during these thoughts
mainly you want to leave this situation and run away
you feel bad and negative vibes
Okayyy!!

Now, again close your eyes and now this time you think positively
same questions-
                         Where you were
                          What had just happened
                           What you were with

Now notice whats your body feels
this time you feel happiness, excitement good vibes.
Now, feel the difference in your body in both situation
compare positive and negative emotions, how our body feels, how muscles feel

A person emotionally feels safe with positive vibes that attract everyone towards him.

Positive thoughts generate positive feelings and attract positive life experience

so, basically, “Emotions are what we feel and hows our body reacts”

Our emotion depends upon our current situation

Our emotions depend upon the current situation appraisal {negative/positive} and due to appraisal what are the changes seen in our body, face, state, posture, voice, feeling, and how we react or respond.
Our body has a connection with the situation or vice versa.

When we feel happy and sad, irritated these are the responses of our current circumstances thoughts, and dynamic changes

“I don’t think emotions as just feeling state its an embodied feeling state that comes with an action urge that comes with the response that gets us to change the situation or change our thoughts.”

Emotions are nothing but a feeling of every person who is totally part of human nature. They give us information about what we are experiencing and help us know how to react. We are babies and young children react to their emotions with facial expressions or with actions like laughing, cuddling, or crying.

All emotions arise from changes in circumstances, something good for us, and something bad for us,

Negative emotion – If we are angry or frustrated we start pointing out other’s mistake thus that kind of blame games take over

Positive emotion – like once we think to start feeling that oh, that situation I’m in is a gift, you know the next situation is a gift and then gratitudes start to take hold, and it like this upward spiral that buoys you along.

Positive emotion is so much stable than negative emotion
Negative emotions are kind of scream at you and positive are just like whisper sometimes

Positive events occur frequently than negative

Never stop yourself to express your emotions, whatever you feel just express it.

Very great advice here,-: Get a jar and every day take a piece of paper and write down the good things that with you, good memories favorite song anything which gives you happiness
and when you feel low or upset then you read them they will definitely give you happiness.
