 Life is full of frustrations from a loss of small things to failure towards goals.

FRUSTRATION

Frustration is the emotion of against or opposition The feeling of unable to change or achieve something
The feeling of being an upset or constant feeling of losing something
Frustration comes as angerĀ  Frustration is the negative behavior

CAUSES OF FRUSTRATION

  • Frustration is caused due to pressure of best
  • Not satisfactory conditions,
  • Due to the tension of being best
  • Grades deadlines
  • Did not get what we want these are the factors that cause frustration
  • When we are working hard for some work and we do not get the results that we expect then we get angry and irritated

 EXPECTATIONS IS THE MOTHER OF ALL FRUSTRATION

So basically,
It arises due to the ban on motivation or positive thoughts due to any reason. When motivation is banned before it reaches success then that condition arises which is referred to as frustration.

There are two types of frustration
1. Internal frustration
2. External frustration

1. Internal Frustration:-
Internal frustration is due to desires of the individual., dreams, stress, overthinking, the stress of work, lack of confidence, fear of losing,

2. External frustration:-
External frustration is due to external pressure mainly of the family, society, or the workplace,
 financial problems, unemployment, lack of food and water, poverty, due to any chronic diseased condition,

Signs of frustration 

There are two types of signs to recognize the frustration that are:- physical and mental
1.SIGNS OF  PHYSICAL FRUSTRATION

  • Biting nails
  • Increase heart rate
  • Stress leads to many diseases
  • Anxiety
  • High blood pressure
  • Weight gain/loss
  • Headache
  • Constipation

2. SIGNS OF MENTAL FRUSTRATION 

  • Stressed
  • Confusion
  • Irritable
  • Rude

So this is all about FRUSTRATION
Frustration is due to anger
so here some examples to explain frustration is anger and how to control it
Later this frustration makes you depressed due to overthinking.

HOW TO OVERCOME 

Frustration sucks your energy and positivity and not good for mental health.so have to overcome from this

  •  Start meditation
  •  Focus around you 
  •  Focus on your breathing and relax ourself
  • Always appreciate what you have
  • Talk it out 
  • Communicate directly and you feel batter  

This helps to overcome anger and frustration because frustration comes from depressing anger

FRUSTRATION ALWAYS COMES BEFORE ACHIEVEMENT
NEVER FRUSTRATE AND MAKES OURSELF SUCCESSFUL BY HARD WORK.
