There are two words which we use on a regular basis like- ‘don’t worry everything will be fine’  or ‘try not to worry’

So did you know the difference between them?

Or guys did u know worry causes anxiety.

so, today we can discuss worry and anxiety

firstly, WORRY

 

 

Worry refers to thoughts, images, emotions, and any negative nature in an uncontrolled manner.

Worry is to think about unpleasant things that are might be happened and that makes you unhappy and frightened.

CAUSES OF WORRY: there is any kind of stress, just like family, work, finance, etc.

And this stress cause Anxiety

ANXIETY

 



 

Anxiety is the body’s natural response to stress

Anxiety causes, high alertness, fear, and physical signs such as rapid heart rate.

SIGN AND SYMPTOMS OF ANXIETY

1. Feeling of tension

2. High blood pressure

3. Uncontrolled feeling of worry

4. High irritability

5. Sleeplessness

TREATMENT

Stress management – try to manage or reduce stress because stress is the main cause of anxiety.

There are many ways to manage stress and reduce stress like,-

1.Relaxation technique

2.Exercise is the best way to reduce stress

3.Support network talk to friends and family

4.Meditation makes you calm, strong, and motivated

5.Reduce the intake of caffeine

6.Maintain a healthy diet

7.Avoid drugs and alcohol.
